As Key Account Manager – Marketplace, you will drive profitable sales and customer growth on digital marketplace platform through partner and assortment expansion while consistently maintaining the H&M brand. The role will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to drive and transform the customer experience while maximizing financial returns and building the business into a strategic profit center. You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.
You are commercially driven, results oriented, and thrive on using salesmanship to drive day-to-day optimization and executional excellence of our marketplaces. You have deep experience in ecommerce sales, with knowledge of how to translate data into insights that lead to hypothesis to test and action. Your interest in digital, product and assortment, analytical ability and commercial skills enable you to constantly improve customer shopping experience in your markets. You are an experienced and proven leader with ability to lead effectively and create results in a highly complex environment. You enjoy teamwork and collaborate effectively with a group of diverse people to achieve set goals and targets. You have a strong business mindset, communicate well and you are comfortable in making decisions.

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Regional Head of Digital Experience & Commercial for India.
This position is based at the Office in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
